| The CT scans included in this dataset were performed for patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer at our institute. The CT images include various body regions including face, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis. These scans were performed at various stages of management of the cancer, including pre-treatment scans, post-radiotherapy response assessment scans, and post-operative follow-up scans. All the scans were double reported by two radiologists - first, a resident radiologist (3-6 years of experience), and second reading by a specialist onco-radiologist (more than 10 years of experience). |

| Each CT scan in the dataset is accompanied by the summary of main findings in the corresponding radiology reports. All the scans were double reported by two radiologists - first, a resident radiologist (3-6 years of experience), and second reading by a specialist onco-radiologist (more than 10 years of experience). The findings from these reports provided in this dataset, are robust scan-level labels for each of the CT exams included in the dataset. Image and pixel-level annotations are not included in this dataset. |
