- Abstract: The study generated Whole-exome sequencing (WES) and transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) in pathologically confirmed primary colorectal tumour tissues (n = 20) and unmatched non-tumour colorectal tissues (n = 5) collected from patients in India. Sequencing was performed on the Illumina HiSeq X platform with 2 X 150 bp paired-end reads. The data were generated to identify somatic variants and differentially expressed genes involved in the pathogenesis of cancer.
