- Abstract: Adult M. bilineata (n = 50; Figure 1) were collected randomly from wild populations in the Sathar Island region of the Kodungallur–Azhikode estuary, Ernakulam, Kerala, India (10°11′26.34″N, 76°11′28.88″E). DNA was sequenced with nanopore and illumina platforms. Total RNA were isolated from male and female gonads and transcriptome sequencing was carried out.
