- Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic pathogen associated with severe nosocomial infections and increasing antimicrobial resistance. In this study, whole genome sequencing was performed on a clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa . Genomic DNA was extracted and sequenced using high-throughput sequencing technology.Genome annotation identified genes associated with antimicrobial resistance, virulence, and stress adaptation.
