- Abstract: RNA sequencing was conducted to profile transcriptional changes in Mastigocladus laminosus UU774 under long treatment of nitrogen, nutrient limitation, and heat shock for 6 and 24 h. Following exposure to controlled stress conditions, total RNA was isolated using the CTAB method. Paired-end RNA-seq libraries with an average insert size of 150 bp were generated and sequenced on Illumina Nextseq platform. The raw sequencing reads have been deposited in IBDC to enable analyses of stress-responsive gene expression.
