- Abstract: Transcriptome sequencing was performed to investigate gene expression responses of Westiellopsis prolifica IICB1 to nutrient limitation, nitrogen deprivation, and heat shock stress. Cells were subjected to defined stress conditions, followed by isolation of high-quality total RNA using Macherey-Nagel NucleoSpin RNA Plant kit. RNA-seq libraries with an average insert size of 150 bp were prepared and sequenced as paired-end reads on the Illumina HiseqX platform at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology. The resulting raw sequencing reads are submitted to the IBDC and provide a resource for analyzing stress-responsive transcriptional changes and regulatory pathways.
