- Abstract: Raw whole-genome sequencing reads of Westiellopsis prolifica IICB1 were generated at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology IICB. High-quality genomic DNA was extracted using Thermo Scientific GeneJET Plant Genomic DNA Purification Mini Kit Cat. No: K0791 for 50 preps and used for library preparation. Paired-end sequencing libraries with an average insert size of approximately 300 bp were sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform. The raw, unfiltered reads are deposited in the Indian Bio-data Center IBDC to support genome assembly, annotation, and other downstream genomic analyses.
